Longaberger Halloween Fun

Remember these funny metal Longaberger Happy Halloween Lanterns from 2004?  I've never found the right, easy-to-use candles for them until this year.  I went to the local discount store and bought two battery-operated candles, and was happily surprised with their timer feature that turns them on automatically every afternoon from 5 until about 10.  How easy is that?  

       

Any group of Halloween treasures around our house is sure to have some Longaberger woven into it. 

Longaberger's Halloween and fall baskets always had fun themes and are reminders of happier times.  Lots of my favorites come together . . . candy corn, Peanuts (on the Yahtzee game), Boyd's, happy Jack O'Lanterns, and of course those special baskets and miniature baskets.
