Longaberger's Inaugural Basket Wraps Up the Election

We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, ensure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.  I can still recite the Preamble, even in my old age, thanks to the Schoolhouse Rock song.  The Preamble is featured as a scroll tied on the lid of Longaberger's latest Inaugural Basket.

Whether happy with the 2016 presidential election results or not, everyone is loving the 2017 Inaugural Basket.  In a tradition beginning in 1989, Longaberger commemorates each presidential inauguration with a special patriotic basket.  The basket is tagged "Longaberger 2017 Inaugural Basket."  This year's basket features a scroll of wood veneer with the Preamble burnt on it, tied on top of the wooden lid.
