Longaberger Came to Springfield, Missouri!

We were so honored when Longaberger came to Springfield, Missouri on Thursday, October 15.  It's not often you get to watch and talk to a Longaberger weaver in action, see all the new fall/holiday product samples, enjoy hors d’oeuvres and meet fellow Longaberger collectors, visit with Longaberger CEO John Rochon, Jr. himself as well as much-loved Longaberger executive Tina Smythe, and even purchase a special Missouri Cake Basket, but we got to do all those things and more! 

I admire John Rochon and Tina Smythe, above on the left and the second from right on the back row, who have been traveling the US to "spread the good news of Longaberger," for their interest in getting to know us here in southwest Missouri.   They traveled to Kentucky, Tennessee, Illinois, Iowa, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska.  I was so excited to have several of my friends join me, including those pictured above, and even had two win Yuletide Greetings Baskets woven during the event by weaver Michele Coe.  I'd love for anyone who attended one of those fun events to respond with your thoughts.
