There are many variations of tasty layered S'mores Cookie Bars on Pinterest, but one that I especially appreciated explained how to add the top cookie layer over the marshmallow crème below it by placing the dough in a large freezer bag, flattening it out, then using scissors to cut the sides of the bag. Open one side of the bag, lay it in the dish, and then peel off the other plastic. Viola!
Hershey bars provide the chocolate, marshmallow crème replaces the toasted marshmallows, and a yummy crust with graham cracker crumbs creates the top and bottom layers.
Of course, baking in a Longaberger 8 x 8" Baking Dish and serving on a Rectangular Tray make the cookie bars even better!
